Soothe sore muscles, release stress and tension, and ease aches and pains with this reusable hot/cold therapy wrap. The wrap is long enough to wrap around your neck for neck or shoulder therapy, or can be folded for treating other areas of the body.

Each wrap comes with a removable, machine-washable cover and has handles on either end for easy handling.

To Use Hot: Heat in microwave in 30 second intervals until desired temperature is reached.

To Use Cold: Store in freezer until ready to use.

Ingredients + Materials

Filling: Rice, flax seeds, dried lavender buds

Cover: Linen casing with cotton handles, cotton flannel removable cover (prints), bamboo fleece (charcoal solid)

Care Instructions

The outside cover can be removed and machine washed and dried. Spot clean the interior muslin casing and handles. Store in a dry place.

Packaging

The therapy wrap comes with a paper tag.

End of Life

The inside contents can be composted.
