Refund policy

While we do accept returns or grant refunds in certain situations, but we ask that in order to avoid the burden of returns on our small business and the extra emissions created from returns, you carefully consider your purchase and ensure that you double-check ingredient lists, product descriptions, etc. prior to completing your purchase.

We accept online returns on contiguous U.S. orders only within 15 days of purchase. Returns are only granted for unused items that are still in their packaging (as applicable) and can be resold. If you would like to make a return, please contact us at hello@zeroishco.com and we will send you a shipping label. Once the item is returned and it meets our return criteria, you will be refunded for the item minus any shipping costs incurred.

We do not accept returns from Alaska, Hawaii, or anywhere outside of the U.S. due to the emissions created from long-distance returns and shipping costs. 

For any location, if you have an issue with your order, please contact us and refunds may be granted for exceptions on a case-by-case basis.

If your item is lost or stolen, we are not responsible and the issue must be taken up with the delivery service.

For in-store purchases, we cannot accept returns on bulk or unsealed hygiene products, but returns for unopened non-bulk items will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
