DROP-OFF/PICK-UP PROGRAM

Too busy to shop in bulk?  Want a low/no contact pick-up option for your zero waste goodies? We’ve got you covered!

Please read the information below to find out the best way for you to place your zero waste drop-off or pick-up order at Zero(ish)!

FOR ALL PICK-UP ORDERS:

Hours:

Monday: Closed

Tuesday – Friday: 11 am – 6 pm

Saturday: 11 am – 5 pm

Sunday: 11 am – 4 pm

  1. Please leave a name and phone number where we can call or text you when your order is ready to be picked up.
  2. Orders placed by 12pm will be ready by 4pm the same day (except Mondays). Orders placed after 12pm will be ready the next day (though if they’re ready earlier, we will let you know!).
  3. If a desired item is out of stock or low, we will fulfill what we can and let you know which items weren’t available. You will only be charged for the products we can fulfill.

OPTION 1 - NON-BULK ITEMS ONLY:

You may place non-bulk orders through our website and select Local Pickup as your shipping option. We will call or text you when your order is ready.

OPTION 2 – BULK REFILLS IN YOUR OWN CONTAINERS:

  1. Label your own clean containers with the items you would like them filled with. Please ensure the lids seal well!
  2. Place the containers along with a list of any non-bulk items you would like included in the order in a bag. Please also include your NAME and a PHONE NUMBER where we can contact you.
  3. Leave the bag outside our front door on the white chair or just inside our door on the counter.
  4. We will fill your order and call or text you when it’s ready.
  5. Payment will be collected over the phone or at pick-up (you may either come in the shop and pay, or we can run your card while you wait outside).

OPTION 3 – BULK REFILLS IN OUR NEW OR DONATED CONTAINERS:

If you are unable to drop off your own containers, we are happy to do our best to fulfill your order with the new or donated containers we have available. (Please note, we sanitize the donated containers, but they are reused containers of all sorts donated from customers.) For this option,

  1. Please call-in your order to our storefront at 612-925-6299 during business hours with the bulk and non-bulk items you would like to order.
  2. We will do our best to fulfill the order based on the containers we have available and call you when it’s ready.
  3. Payment will be collected over the phone or at pick-up (you may either come in the shop and pay, or we can run your card while you wait outside).
