What is The Zero(ish) Company?
The Zero(ish) Co.--or Zero(ish) for short--is a "zero waste" shop offering sustainable tools and refills to help you lower your waste and carbon footprint. Our storefront is located at 2309 W. 50th Street in Minneapolis, MN. Our mission is to help people of any walk of life make more sustainable choices that fit within their means and lifestyle, regardless of whether it’s “perfectly” zero waste or eco-friendly. We believe that every person can make a positive impact on the planet in ways that fit your unique lifestyle. Collectively, our small actions can add up!
Do you have a physical store location?
We do! Our shop and refillery opened in August 2021 and is located at 2309 W. 50th Street, Minneapolis, MN 55410 (right next to Broder's Pasta Bar!). Follow us for shop updates on our Facebook or Instagram pages @zeroishco. And spread the word! We so appreciate the support!
What are your store hours?
Our storefront is open Sunday - Monday from 11 am - 4 pm, Tuesday - Saturday from 11 am - 6 pm.

SHIPPING + RETURNS
What is your return policy?
We do not accept online returns due to the emissions associated with shipping the product back to us. However, if you have an issue with your order, please contact us and refunds may be granted for exceptions on a case-by-case basis. For in-store purchases, we cannot accept returns on bulk products, but returns for unopened non-bulk items will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
In consideration of the emissions associated with airplanes, we choose to ship via USPS ground transportation as much as possible. We realize this may mean your order will take a little longer to get to you, but in supporting the health of our planet, we hope you understand and can accommodate a slightly longer shipping time.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please email us ASAP at email@example.com and we will do our best to assist you provided the order has not been shipped out yet.
Can I cancel an order?
If you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of the order, a cancellation may be accommodated, provided the order has not shipped out yet. However, we cannot guarantee that a cancellation is possible, even within the 24-hour period. After 24 hours, we are unable to cancel a paid order.
How will my items be shipped to me?
Our promise is to you and to the planet is to always ship 100% plastic-free and with reused materials as much as possible. If we need to use a new box or envelope, it will always be made from 100% recycled materials and any printing is with eco-friendly algae ink.
Can I combine multiple orders into one shipment?
If you place a second order within a few hours of the first order and would like them combined, please email us at email@example.com and we will do our best to combine them provided the first order has not been shipped yet.
